Step into the villa and be greeted by a bright entrance hall that sets the stage for your luxurious stay. The open-plan dining and kitchen area on the right is spacious and modern, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a large American-style fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, and a filter coffee machine. A separate utility area houses a washing machine for your convenience. The dining area leads to a terrace with a brick-built charcoal BBQ and a sink, perfect for al fresco dining.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting living room with a vaulted ceiling. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower ground floor, is a twin with an ensuite shower room and ample natural light.
