The property is bathed with natural light thanks to its abundance of doors and windows facing the yard. In addition, the property is adorned in warm pink and yellow tones that complement the terracotta floor tiles, sturdy wood furnishings, and ceiling beams.

The main living area is an open-plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas and armchairs gathered around the fireplace and a large dining table for sharing evening meals.

Also, on the ground floor, you will discover the fully-fitted, country-style kitchen and a smaller kitchenette in the tower building.

The tower is connected to the main building via a hallway. Still, it provides a bit more seclusion, which may suit a couple or grandparents who want privacy. In addition, it is a well-equipped home with a small kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.

You can choose seven bedrooms to retire to for the evening or siesta. One of these rooms is in the tower and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath for a nice soak after a long day of sightseeing.

There are a further six bedrooms, all double rooms with gorgeous iron beds and charming artwork; most rooms are en-suite or have a bathroom next door.

Three bedrooms have air conditioning, and modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and coffee machines are available to guests.

When you go outside, you'll find plenty of space for your entire group to relax and enjoy the lovely weather.

An expansive roof patio is accessed by several guestrooms; from here, you can take in the unsurpassed views. There is also a covered dining table and a private pool for a pleasant afternoon plunge in the garden.

The villa is set among farmland, woodlands, and olive trees. It is a true refuge for travellers looking to wind down in rural Italy.

You can walk or ride your bike through the hills near the property. The nearest restaurant and facilities are around 15 kilometres away, but this is an excellent base for seeing adjacent mediaeval villages and the beautiful beaches that along the coast.

Various villages and towns are only 40 minutes distant by vehicle from the villa. You can, for example, visit the town and beaches of Cecina (30 km distant), mediaeval Volterra (38 km away), and a winery in the Bolgheri wine region (30km away).

If you don't mind the extra distance, you may even travel to Pisa, 88 kilometres away.

Mandatory Breakage
€500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
